Today was a bit tough on my appetite. I had a candy bar for breakfast. That was around 6:30-7. I got a matcha iced latte shortly after. Then I didn't eat again until 1:30. Which was just an unfrosted brown sugar Pop Tart. 45 minutes later I ate a can of double noodle soup without the broth. My nausea and heartburn is really tough right now but I'm going to try to eat the other Pop Tart. I'm low at 1,170 calories. But I'm not sure what else to do with how I'm feeling.
My doctor told me I need to be drinking gatorade for whatever medical thing I have going on. but it has a lot of sodium so I've just been watching how much I drink. I have a bunch of the zero sugar 12oz bottles.
