I totally understand this, HALLIEBETH! It's good you're looking into this. I've dealt with bruxism (mostly daytime) off and on my whole life and it has taken its toll on my teeth. A couple years ago, an endodontist who did two root canals on me (because of bruxism) said some of my teeth were as worn down as much as people in their 70s. At the time I was 48.

I’ve had TmJ issues for years now. Mostly clench at night but now I’m doing it all the time. Idk if I can get a daytime bite splint but I hope I can. I don’t realize I’m doing it until the pain starts. It’s so painful
