I go to bed and fall asleep ok. 3 hours later I wake up . . . and can NOT go back to sleep. Night after night after night. This has gone on for a week. It's driving me crazy.
After breakfast I'm able to fall asleep. My day is all messed up.
I want something to let me stay asleep more than 3 hours.
Anyone else have this problem of waking up in the middle of the night? Did you find a remedy for the problem?
