Latest thing I'm trying is a product called CurcuBrain. It's supposed to be a type of curcumin that can cross the blood-brain barrier. Curcumin (which is the active compound in turmeric) is supposed to be a decent anti-inflammatory. I am very skeptical that this product will do anything for me, but my thinking is that there's a correlation between depression and inflammation, and last few times my ESR and CRP were checked, they were elevated and kept rising. Of course, that was several years ago and I was definitely sick with something. I just gave up going to all the different doctors about it since it wasn't helping. Luckily whatever it was almost entirely resolved eventually.
Anyway, chronic inflammation isn't good anyway even if lowering it won't affect my depression. So figured, why not? The psychotropics aren't helping enough.
I also want to get a vegetarian omega fatty acids supplement. I doubt I get enough of that, if any, through diet.
Can't find my B12 pills. Probably should just order more since I tend to be deficient.
Other meds: Adderall, Cymbalta, Wellbutrin, BC, Gabapentin, levothyroxine, topiramate, Zofran prn, some vitamins I don't feel like typing out and often forget to take
