I've always been good at occupying myself, unless I'm extraordinarily depressed/anxious. I'm project-oriented, so cooking, gardening, tasks related to my blog, online research, cleaning, and other things help focus my attention away from other things.
What was the longest period you spent reading almost non-stop (bathroom breaks or eating breaks excluded)?
