8 more work days left in the month!! As long as each work day has felt, overall it feels like it has gone fast. i'm still making those crochet butterflies in the evenings and distributing them around my part of town, with little tags that say "I'm not lost, I'm just alone. If I made you smile, please take me home." (see Random Acts of Crochet Kindness USA on Facebook) Today on my after-work walk I dropped one in a stroller at the park, the mom was playing with her daughter over on the slide when I walked by. The rest I hung in trees along the walking path. Lots of people walk on it so they should get picked up pretty quickly, I hope! I sincerely hope they make even one person smile in these crazy times. Need to find a heart pattern or something like that for Valentine's day drops. Then something for St Patty's and Easter.... I really like having something useful to do with the scrap yarn that I have leftover from projects. And using some of the yarn my friend gave me awhile back too. And crocheting is so relaxing for me, too! So it's a win-win.
