I was having a tough time today. Mainly with my anxiety. So I did something I shouldnt have done.

Possible trigger:

I mixed benzos. I took a valium at 8:30, one at noon, and then an ativan at 2 something

but I feel so calm right now despite some pretty scary health anxiety I have going on right now.
