I think alot. I tried asking my brother for help to buy a condo sooner, he hasn't given me an answer but he didn't like my idea of renting a room. And that it would cost a bit more than rent. So I assume it's a not right now answer versus a straight up no.

But I'm still trying to figure out how to get the money I need for the downpayment assistance program. I think I have it figured out. My tax return and the next few months pay less on my debts and build up my savings.

I may not be able to buy today but I have a plan of when I can make the leap. In the next few months. I so want to own yes I have a nice apt but I can have a nice condo too. I may bring up my plan to my brother maybe than he'll help sooner. I've found a place i really like on paper that i want to see in life and buy. Trying to do it on my own but hoping for a little help.
