I feel awful low. I guess I slept right last night - probably thanks to Atvan 2 mg.

Today I continue to have weepy spells. Staying in bed a lot. Feel cold when I get up. My house is messy. Xmas stuff strewn around.

I'm alone too much. I think of calling family. but I don't like to be a bother.
