well Kaika, i hope i can reply, i can relate to the mean comments from family members at times, they really hurt... for me, it helps a lot to understand there is an inner core to my being that is not what others think it is, it is something even myself at times do not understand, but i know it is a loving being and that small piece of understanding allows me to love all other parts of myself, so termed: good and bad... we all are improving can improve if we want to... or , at times, simply accepting ourselves as we are is enough to work on.. wishing you the best always
