HALLIEBETH, I admire how you've been working hard at school. I know that it can be a huge effort, but you seem to be doing great despite the challenges. Please see that.

I agree that it is a big deal that you've kept yourself out of the hospital for all this time. Stopping the pattern of hospitalization is a very tough task, with bipolar disorder. I had almost four years of nearly back to back hospitalizations some years back. Bipolar is known for its kindling effect. Keeping those "flames" at bay is an incredible accomplishment. You've clearly been doing the work necessary to do so.

Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg

I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
