I actually just tested negative. I just found out. After all the freaking out and hoopla the ER made over it. Although I still don't feel good and I still have some sort of non covid cold or bug. But I sent her an email explaning everything and asking what she would prefer and that I was fine with whatever she decided. I left it up to her.
I was also honest in that I was not sure this is not just my anxiety playing tricks on me and how would we move past that if that were the case. Like how do you get back to in person sessions if its just your anxiety making you sick.
