So I had emailed my therapist around 8 this morning and told her I felt like I was ok to do the session. Then half an hour ago my doctors nurses called and said I have an atypical viral inflamation in my lungs. She said its not contagious and that I can go to my appointment. I don't have to quarantine or.anything.

So I do plan on going in person. I don't feel too bad right now and I just bought better quality masks today.

But since the nurse said it was ok to go thats what I plan on doing
