I enjoyed seeing my friends today but I’m feeling anxious now particularly about one of them, I think though that I’m just in worry mode and this is the culprit. I’m worrying about pretty much everything and everyone these days.

I’m distracting this evening and going to clean the bathroom then watch some TV.
