Honestly, despite what the nurse said, I personally would have not attended out of consideration to others. Medical professionals have been known to get it wrong. Viruses are contagious at some point, and even if you are theoretically beyond that contagious period . . . if you are still not 100%, it just would have been smart to stay away a bit longer. But it's done at this point -- Lysol was probably a smart move on her end just to be safe.
I've avoided some meetings as of late very specifically because I was being as careful as possible for the health of others even though I was pretty certain I was no longer contagious -- I just did not in any way want to risk it or make others uncomfortable.
