Once I decided to take the risk and toss out the visteril in exchange for an ativan and 2 valium a day my frustration about my med situation greatly decreased. I am however getting that headache nausea thing again but I am hoping the tylenol I just took kicks in. The fact I did not need pain meds until late in the afternoon makes me think I am getting better physically.
