I saw a psychologist a while back and she tested me but diagnosed me with DDNOS. Dissociative Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.

I heard that diagnosis is no longer used.

The psychologist said she would work with me more to see if I have D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder). But then she got medically sick with cancer and could no longer work with me.

So now I'm stuck with this DDNOS and I want answers if I do have D.I.D or not.

But I'm having trouble finding someone who treats dissociative disorders.

How did you find yours? How did you find someone to diagnose you?

I just want to know if I have D.I.D or not. So I can get help if I do.
