So now I'm stuck with this DDNOS and I want answers if I do have D.I.D or not.
But I'm having trouble finding someone who treats dissociative disorders.
How did you find yours? How did you find someone to diagnose you?
I just want to know if I have D.I.D or not. So I can get help if I do.

contact your primary care physician and they will do the referral to get you set up with a new psychiatrist. here in the USA all psychiatrists do diagnostic testing. they may have some waiting lists due to covid restrictions and so forth so you need to be patient and take it one step at a time. first step contact your physician and schedule an appointment to discuss what your needs and wants are.
