I was finally just like F it and I went back to my regular dose of valium after several painful days of being down one. I'll have my moment with my Pdocs office in a few days. Getting back on the normal dose cleared up my mental health so now my physical issues are just more obvious. I know I didn't cope the greatest though. But valium is a tough med to go down from 3 to even 2 a day.
