Thanks everyone. No I don't use it for psychosis but for sleep. Melatonin does nothing for me but thank you for the suggestion. I already take an antidepressant that helps with sleep, I just don't want my blood sugar this high again after going back on seroquel. I might ask for Geodon but I'd rather less meds than more. Maybe some zzquil too, not a bad idea for when I just need the extra help to get to sleep. And lithium years ago made me retain water and gain weight. Thank you all again for the replies everyone!
