This is the first message I've seen this morning as I face another day battling depression and paranoia, how encouraging, how positive, how mutually supportive; already I'm getting all poetic !! I've consequently got a spring in my step and a song in my heart. Thank you all so, so much for the wonderful sense of mutual support, and a special warm hug to nowheretorun. (john4)
