I've been doing well all day by using distraction. Now that the TV is off I am starting to feel things again. Physical things though. Mental health wise I've been good since going back on the valium.

I did get a bit annoyed at my mom but I do feel like shes being a bit silly and kinda reckless so I don't really feel like I was in the wrong.
