I coped well today. I didn't do anything. There wasn't anything I could do anyways. But I was in good spirits about things and I got a couple things ordered and a few freebies in some emails. I didn't stress about much. I have a slight cold but I don't feel sick. My weight contiunes to go down and my appetite continues to stay low. I am eating healthier so I'm wondering if thats part of the reason my mood has increased. My therapist and I made a food log a couple of weeks ago and we have been discussing it in our sessions and its been helpful. Tommorow I can get out and do a couple things.
