I'm not sure about this post. I've noticed more people posting lately.

I'm not usually impulsive, especially when depressed which I currently am. In the past 2 days though I have sent out 3 ''friend'' requests to people I hardly know, and now I feel like an idiot. Why did I do that? Two were elsewhere and one was on here. This post isn't ''attention seeking'' (re another thread by someone else) I genuinely wish I could take them back. Not that I don't like the people, but the truth is, most of us don't really know the others on here. And also I know there are a few who are uncomfortable with online friend/contact requests. Or occasionally, we think we know someone at least somewhat and then .... I won't say more but it's happened to me a few times. Not fun. Not anyone on here!

Am I the only person here who occasionally does ''dumb'' things like this? I don't think it's ''borderline'' as it so rarely happens. Another thing, I've read about ''splitting'' in ''borderline'' and I'm certain I do not do that. I have not been dxd with it either although I know it's quite a common diagnosis (or misdiagnosis)

And now I'm feeling like deleting this. I've been on here too long today. I was drawn in a bit by what seemed like a bit more activity lately.

I did find an online therapy site a few weeks ago which initially looked quite promising to me. They also have a shrink (but I'm allergic to so many meds, sigh....) But my mood was very severely negatively impacted by the thoughts spinning around in my head. I'm only now starting to find my way out again.

I honestly feel that in some areas, they simply do not listen... not all but far too many. Nor do they give the respect which in my opinion is a minimum requirement and which everyone deserves.
