I do agree that ageism exists everywhere. I have to admit my age on my applications here in Asia. Now, it states I'm in my mid-fifties. I don't think I'm going to have a chance anymore to work here as an English teacher although I look young. So, it is true ageism exists. I don't want to admit it but being older is not fun at times.
