G - Gratitude for even the smallest things we have because the natural tendency since our days roaming the plains millions of years ago is to focus on the negative. People in lala land enjoying the good vibes tended to be someone else's dinner.
So now to achieve a more balanced outlook, be grateful for what we have because the biggest predator we may face is our own anxiety and preoccupation with what is wrong.
One day in the depths of depression, I realized something I posted on my wall that helped me climb out of depression day by day by focusing on "What did I do right?"
