I've been getting scam COVID vaccine or test calls. The Caller ID shows something like "Vaccinateall58" but when I look it up, nobody else got a call from that number.

I bet it's spoofed, with each recipient getting a different number on their screen. I don't answer anything I don't recognize, and that includes emails or texts from unknown sources.

I once got a text supposedly from the health department, wanting to know if I got one or two shots of COVID vaccine. Now we know the government doesn't text, email, or call people.

Also been getting dirty texts from random numbers or emails.

I'm sure it's actually some kind of scam, that if you click on a link or reply, it will install malware. I just delete them without even viewing them. Unfortunately I can see a preview and it's disgusting. Some people might open those messages but I never do. I can't block them since they come from different (and probably spoofed) numberfs.
