I was outside waiting for my sister to drop something off and a lady I know that lives here in the building was talking to me. She's trying to start part-time work soon and she's on SSI too for mental health issues. Anyway, she was discussing the process with me and also I mentioned I was wanting to volunteer and she said the same program I applied to that helps with work also can help you find places to volunteer, We were talking for awhile, it was nice. We also both have case managers through the same agency as well.
