That’s great you’re managing a schedule. Well done because it’s not easy!
As for the yoga, I used to watch YouTube videos and follow them. Some were poses, some were breathing. I think I used to search “relaxation yoga” or something like that! It did make a huge difference.
And thank you, yeah the hypersomnia is a bit of a nightmare. I just get so incredibly tired. Yet I sleep soo much! Hopefully it settles when I’m out of this episode!
