My Immunologist Asked If I Track Calories.
No. I Feel Tracking Calories is Part of Diet Culture.

I like Being Aware of Ingredients, If a Food is Processed, the Amount of Calories and Sodium. I Eat Certain Foods in Moderation But I Don’t Believe in Count Calories/Restricting Calories.

I Also Don’t Believe in Eating Healthy and Being Active for a Certain Amount of Time vs Eating Healthy and Being Active as a Lifestyle.
