Do you grind your teeth in your sleep?
Possibly, sometimes. Really, I don't know and my husband has said that he never heard any teeth grinding in my sleep. However, I have been a lifelong daytime teeth grinder. In fact, it's been a serious issue for me and dentists have a few times suggested that I get a mouth guard. I have resisted because who wants to wear a mouth guard during the day? My daytime bruxism does wax and wane, though, but damage is long since done. A few Christmases ago I needed two root canals (my two front teeth) directly attributed to the bruxism. The endodontist stated that my teeth have as much wear as many 70 year olds. I was only 47 or 48 when she said that. If I hurt the two teeth more, I might lose them and need them replaced. As I already have a wide gap between them (gap-toothed gal), it would be like a 6-lane highway there.

What negative habit are you trying to stop or suppress?
