its hard to "let go", cause there is tension around , the spring will unwind itself in its own time, but sounds that you really need to?

once I had so much kept in, but i didn't have anybody that i could share it with, i knew that i was holding back the tears for days, and all i wanted to do was cry but couldn't.
i started to write down " please help me to cry,,, and guess what it worked! the tears rolled down my face,,,

i dunno if this might help, but i wish you to feel better soon
