I can't help but obsess over food/calories, exercise and my weight lately, it helps my anxiety to be obsessed and focused completely with something and ignore things around me giving me really bad anxiety.
I try my best to eat in moderation but lately have been edging into not eating enough again
I've been spending hours looking up weight loss advice, looking at weight loss progress before and after pics on reddit and comparing myself
