Maybe I am finally starting to learn about taking care of myself. Yesterday was physically and emotionally exhausting. See my "FIRE" thread in social for details. Today I spent six hours driving to pick up a friend's cat that I am fostering. Don't know about you folks, but long drives set off my fibro and CFS. I'm exhausted and in pain. I'm going to practice self care and take a personal day from work tomorrow.
