I think I'm just going to force myself to finally disconnect from the internet for 6 months or so and then come back and maybe I'll feel less stressed/overwhelmed by then. My mental health can't deal with the constant posts on Facebook and elsewhere online about WWIII starting and the memes and jokes about it are making me pissed too. And the ongoing pandemic and fear of it. If it does end up happening, I have no idea what the chances are but well I hope everyone stays safe. Anyway, I hope you all are still here posting on this forum still when I come back. Some of you I have on Facebook. I'm gonna try to stay off there as well obviously but I will be using messenger if anyone wants to get ahold of me, I can use messenger without having to actually see my Facebook timeline. I need some self discipline anyway with the internet. I'm also going through some med adjustments. It's nothing anyone on here has said, I just can't deal with any kind of severe stress right now I feel like I'm on edge.
