I've been having a rough time with my anxiety today but I've still managed. I got my haircut and I handled things ok despite the fact I was literally shaking from anxiety when the lady was cutting my hair. Right now I feel ok but I still feel a bit off. I just ate a small bag of cheetos after a day of vegetables and veggie pasta and almond butter because sometimes if I add in something unhealthy to a healthy mix it makes me feel better. I don't know if that makes any sense or not but it works.
