I B/P again yesterday after 13 days of not. This manifestation into high restricting is triggering binges I think. I feel guilty if I eat over a certain amount of calories, and that is just wrong. It's a poor mind set when I should be caring most about overcoming B/P and not worrying about weight. I should be happy with the slow and healthy success I was having, instead of this fast tracking attempt. Back to day 1.
