I think the anger issue is what has to be looked at here. Sometimes we hold so much inside.
We’re afraid to tell people how we REALLY feel and that just builds up like a volcano. When
you don’t , or can’t freely express yourself, I believe, the anger turns inward. It can manifest
itself in many different ways. All in all though , without getting too deep into it here , this emotion
can be VERY destructive. Find a way to defuse this anger.
