Hey guys. Been a while since I posted here. Having trouble with sleeping these last few days. I’ve been getting only 3-4 hours sleep at night. I’d wake up and wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep. Then I would take around 3 hours nap during the day but it’s not enough. I feel weak and weird and brain feels like it’s burning. I hope it’s just one of those days and I’m going back to normal in a week. If not then I’ll schedule an appointment with my primary doctor
