Not very often. Swearing was not a common thing in my parents' or grandparents' households, not that they didn't yell. But of course I have uttered more than a few swear words, but as written, only on rare occasions. My husband is not a frequent swearer either, but when he does it's kind of a "lesser" type of swearing. He's a Czech, so his swearing is generally not in English.
