Bit of both - sometimes I would continue an 'old' important topic, which I only started doing recently. I wish my T were more... interested in continuing some topics they *know* is central but I guess it is up to me to do so.

Sometimes new stuff comes up that takes precedence. I do wish sessions were longer (like 1.5 hours... minimum!), then maybe that would allow for theme-shifting!
