Are Vraylar and Amisulpride effective antipsychotics that also improve negative symptoms of Schizophrenia? It seems like I have extreme negative and cognitive symptoms. I pretty much don't have any focus most of the time. And I find it counterproductive to try to learn new things. I have considered Cognitive Testing, but it seems too expensive for my budget. I just wish I could get a prescription for Vyvanse or something. Maybe that would help.
