I'm about ready to pass out without melatonin or my geodon while the sun is still up. I am so tired. According to my scale I've lost a few pounds these last couple of days. I know I have been eating better quality things while still sticking to my daily goal and I have been moving around a lot. I only have a couple more pounds before I am below 160 and thats a weight I haven't seen since December 2019
