Today is a rough day. Am still in pain and exhausted from events last week. Between work, stuff in my personal life, pandemic and war in Ukraine I am overwhelmed. I don't do this often because I don't want to wallow in self-pity, but I've given myself permission to feel like crap today. I find that by acknowledging I'm overwhelmed at times, and putting a time limit on the self-pity, it helps me cope.
