I made myself climb off the pity pot last night. Given everything going on I think it's legitimate that I'm down. Not going to wallow in it, but not going to deny it either.
Physically I still hurt like hades. Left hip and knee hurt like bloody blue blazes. Am spending the day sitting on a hotpad while I do paperwork.
