I'm gaining weight, though I'm trying to lose weight. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong. my brother suggested fasting 2 days a week. when I fast I really have no energy I sleep alot. so I'm scared to try. I do intermittent fasting still gaining. I'm feeling hopeless I cannot seem to control my weight.
