Reheated and put on lunch
Went to my psychiatrist's office
Went to the pharmacy
Unloaded and loaded the dishwasher and washed some pots/pans
Made a rather nice work-intensive dinner that included mostly grilling
Cleared the table

Dx: Bipolar type 1
Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg
I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
