Vraylar has helped me with mania, but it's kind of a pain to get because insurance will want you to try like 9 different meds before they cover it. Sometimes to overcome mania, I just have to like make an inventory and a piece of paper about the behaviors happening in my episode and try to use timers and post it note reminders to check myself and force myself into functionality. Mania is such a fine line to manage if the meds aren't helping, but I usually have to set up routines regardless when I recognize highs coming.
