I fell asleep before 7 so I woke up at midnight. I fell asleep feeling good. I had been feeling fine all day. Now I'm really anxious.
Edit: I'm still up but I feel fine now. I drank a 90 calorie mini Coke, a 20oz zero sugar Mountain Dew, a can of zero sugar Pepsi, and 16oz of water. I feel really full but I don't feel anxious.
I seem to be waking up with anxiety that quickly goes away lately.
