I'm making myself eat the salads I bought, instead of letting them just sit in the crisper and go bad like I usually do. I'm trying to add more vegetables to my diet. I'm following a sub on Reddit called volume eating. It's just people posting awesome foods and meals they have, like eating as much as you can with the least amount of calories. So instead of eating like a plate of pasta which could be a lot of calories on it's own, eating a massive plate of vegetables and a small plate of pasta, you can eat more and get more full if you add in a bunch of lower calorie foods that are healthy. People post these awesome recipes where you can eat huge portions of food for a lot less calories than you would think because all the food is lower calories. Vegetables in specific are very helpful because you can eat a lot of them/bulk up your meals without many additional calories, they're healthy, and you can actually do a lot with them if you look into different recipes.
